![]() ![]() Put the weight down pick it up properly always. Never do most of the things that she does in between sets with weights. I’ve been doing cardio all through the pandemic indoors and I’ll tell you what that first day of running outside kicked my butt. And they made an outdoor running program that you take with you on your phone that’s awesome. She has energy and she really does encourage you to push harder through the cardio exercises which is pretty hard to do when you’re running alone. Her personality hits that middle key very well. She’s not Tony Horton who we either have to love or hate. She’s not overly bubbly cheerleader type.She’s not dropping F bombs every three seconds. ![]() Well, welcome back foam rolling and taking care of yourself twice a week! I wish more programs had this. However, beyond that one day in Tony Horton’s work out you don’t really see it that much. I love foam rolling and I love programs that give you this. ![]() You can do a lot with this one if you really push yourself.įoam rolling is back on the menu! I love active recovery. This program has a decent level of weight training and cardio. No more trying to figure out which bodybeast vid goes with what max 30 or how many p90x3 cardio routines do you swap. However 30 day breaks through this mold by having custom runs that will kick your butt in increasing intensity. A lot of the older beach body programs are like that. There are some programs for the cardio workouts just don’t go anywhere. The workouts, especially the cardio workouts, do build well with intensity. Please let me know if I’ve missed any as I’m sure I did. I’m not quite sure how to feel about this one, so may be a quick pro con list will help. As my beach body on demand membership winds down I find myself finishing off a 30 day break away. ![]()
